If you are not satisfied with the results you are obtaining with SEACURE®, SEAVIVE® OR INTESTIVE®, please return it for a refund. Mail the unused portion back to us within 30 days of the purchase date on your customer invoice for your first order, and we will refund your money (does not include shipping and handling). Shipping is FREE only if you keep the product, and you do not return it for a refund. If you received FREE shipping on your order, but you are returning it for a refund, you will be charged our shipping and handling costs for delivering the product to you.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package or they will not be accepted. Please e-mail us at with your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the purchase date (from your customer invoice). We will verify your purchase and send you a Return Authorization Number via e-mail along with instructions for your return.
