Having trouble placing your order via our secure order form? Are you able to actually see the order form? If the answer is no, then here are a couple of reasons why this might be happening to you.

Are you using a computer at work? Most business computers have a firewall (security measure) that limits the types of connections that can be made with outside computers. You will either need to change some of these security measures (not always easily done) or try using a computer at your home or at a public location (library, etc.).

If you are using a computer from home and you are unable to connect to NATURE DOC's secure order forms, the problem may be with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that provides your access to the internet. Give them a call and ask if there are any reasons why their service might be making it difficult for you to connect to a secure order form on the internet.

If you still are unable to reach one of NATURE DOC's secure order forms, then you can always give us a call and place your order by phone. Give us a call at 817-607-8531. We can be reached from 8 AM to 5 PM CST Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends and on major holidays.
