I train for the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii. I ride my bike 20 miles every day. I swim 5 miles every other day, and I run 10 miles every other day.
In Novemeber of 1998, I was in a bike accident. I took a turn at high speed and I did not see the loose gravel on the road. My bike came out from under me, and I ended up sliding down the pavement for a good twenty feet. I got a terrible road rash and I strained my right hamstring. I thought I was going to be out for a couple of weeks.
